Have you ever gotten an ant farm? They tell you to put ants in the freezer to slow them down. I got an ant farm and all the damn ants died in a week! I suggest that if you get an ant farm, try to dig up a queen ant from an ant hill and put it in there. Some guy told me that you can make a whole ant community by doing that.
