The liquid in most stink bombs that gives off the smell and is also a helpful reagent in mineral analysis. Do not get on or in your body.

Ammonium Sulfide can be created fairly easily from ammonium hydroxide, sulfur, and common lab equipment. You must be careful, though, as poisonous gases are given off in the process.
