Botanical name: Glechoma Hederacea (LINN.); family: N.O. Labiatae.

Ground Ivy, a common plant, flourishes in sunny areas. A perennial with long, trailing stems and hairy leaves.

Used in the absence of hops in brewing to clarify beer
