Musical magic man. He can be experienced first hand in his band Fountains of Wayne and second hand in marvelous production work for projects such as his band mate's other band (doesn't that sound wierd) Ivy. He was also Oscar nominated for his musical work and writing on Tom Hanks' film "That Thing You Do."
