3/4 Time

Meaning three beats to a measure. A piece of music which conforms to this timing is usually one which is supposed to be danced to. The individual beats in the masure also follow the form of "Strong, weak, weak".

Any piece of game music done in 3/4 time is usually a masterpiece. I really need to take dance lessons one of these days, so that I can dance to Dance of Pales with someone special...

Ahh.. paradise, that...

A time signature in which there are three beats per measure and a quarter note receives one beat. 3/4 time is often referred to as "sway feel."

3/4 is counted as "1 2 3 1 2 3 1 2 3..."
