This is when you hit two people with one bullet in a first-person shooter, especially if fatal. Exploding things don't count as bullets. Most common with sniper rifles or powerful close-range weapons. Also, any kind of 'l33t' move which gives the perpetrator two frags in a few seconds such as kicking one person and shooting another in sequence. See also the extremely rare unless planned, '3fer'.
