Born the son of Avar on the splinter world of Dascen Elur. Expected to become the next Pirate King of Karthan. But when captured and exlied through the Worldsend Gate, he decoverd his true heratige as the Prince of Rithian.

Both the protaganist of the series and the antagonist of the world. It's the dichomoties like this that make the book so great. Between him and his half-brother Lysaer, he is the least directly effected by the curse placed by Desh-Thiere. Despite Lyaser's implications to the contrary, Arithon only does what he needs to survive the constant onslaught on Lyaser's armies.

The Wars of Light and Shadow is the story of two half brothers, one with the gift of Light and the other with the gift of Shadow, who must overcome incredible odds to overthrow Desh-Thiere. An epic fantasy that spans years of time within the books, but for these two time is not against them. Given an longevity extension from Davien's Five Centuries Fountain the brothers have plenty of time to fight aganst the geas placed upon them to kill each other.

Welcome to St. Patrick's Day. Not a major thing here in Va Beach, but it was the season pass holders sneak preview for Busch Gardens Williamsburg.

In a word, it was wet.

It's been a few years since I've managed to take the kids there, so instead of promises I bought season passes. Since they were having a paddy's day "party" I decided we should go. The weathermen flip flopped on wether or not it was going to rain during the week, be we decided to stick it out anyway.

Besides the rain, it was a disaster anyway. When I had ordered the passes they somehow managed to screw up my last name. When I called I was informed that it could be fixed at the park when I got there. Well not only could they not fix it, they didn't seem capable of operating the computer at all. So I have passes with the wrong name on them and printed so light they tell me right there that they don't expect them to work. So by the time we got to get into the park it…

A comic book by Crossgen Comics focusing on the character of Sephie, Minister of Meridian, after the death of her father. A death brought upon the imbuing of a power that was to much for Turos. Upon his death this power transferred to Sephie. The power, signified by a ying-yang type symbol called a sigil, was also given to Turos' brother Illhan. However as the story progresses, we see that Sephie's and Illhan's use of the power is almost directly opposite to each other.

This story is set upon the world of Demetria. One of many worlds in the Crossgen Universe.
