"The Falls," directed by Tulse Luper with the aid of Peter Greenaway, is an epic documentary of the VUE crisis in England. It consists of 92 short studies of VUE victims, selected by the random factor of having their names begin with "Fall": Fallaby, Falleur, Falstag, etc. It is a moving and genius work of filmmaking. It was released in 1980.
