Messing around with my new magic bullet blender (a little individual-cup quick blender with a most suggestive name) and what few ingredients lurked in my freezer in the middle of the night, I discovered the oddest damn thing in a frozen drink.

1 cup frozen mangos (unsweetened)

1 shot vodka

2 shots Malibu rum

vanilla bean ice cream to fill the cup

...tastes EXACTLY like cold, sweet, pleasant yellow cake batter.  Don't ask me, I don't know either.
