ideas and
visions faster than they can
implement them, or even possibly fully
record/
describe them, leading to a
state where someone is
constantly starting
new projects without
finishing the old ones.
The name comes from the fact that Leonardo da Vinci was well known for having so many ideas that he was never able to flesh them all out properly.
