If you've ever been to band camp you've done wacky jacks. They like jumping jacks but more aerobically demanding. And you look slightly retarded when you do them.

STEP 1: Do a jumping jack

STEP 2: Do a jumping jack again, but instead of clapping your hands over your head, clap them out in front of you.

STEP 3: This time, clap behind you.

STEP 4: Repeat step 2

See? It's fun! And it almost guarantees you won't get laid until you're a senior and all the girls can see past your wacky jacks.
