| This describes A person that thinks that arbitrary rules are more important than their own common sense. A rule worshiper will often times, in a discussion, wind up getting caught in semantics. In these cases the rules are far more important than even the belief. These are sad people who never listen to themselves because they are scarred too. Rule Worshiper's never think for themselves, they just try to find what the party line is and mold all their beliefs around the party line.
example: A rule worshiper might... Look up a recipe for Chocolate Chip Cookies, if the cookies didn't taste right to them after they made them they would think that there is something wrong with their taste buds because they followed the rules and it should taste fine.
A lot of times this applied to areas of life where it can cause much more harm. Rule worshipers start many wars.
