A quasi-utopian concept for government made very popular by Pastor Buck Naked and other members of the Church of the SubGenius during the late 1970s and early 1980s. In this government concept, all world leaders would be bannished or assassinated, no one would take their place, and each individual on the Earth would start at their little house, secure it from potential vandals, defend it from outsiders, and try to mow down neighbors.

Unfortunately this concept of government involved a lot of firepower and would turn every neighborhood into a demilitarized zone so its popularity was short lived.
