A fairly controversial term that has often been misconstrued to mean that any woman who has men in her life or who enjoys the company of men is bad, not feminist, wrong (see: man hating). However, this definition only implies that needing approval and attention from men is something that society forces on women, therefore limiting their ability to self-actualize and self-define. |
