| We were on the couch watching TV, like we
used to and he put his hand out to me and we
started kissing but his tongue was sharp
and it shredded my mouth. I kept swallowing
blood and telling him to stop, he had his
arms around me and his love was like a knife and
my tongue stopped working. I couldn't talk
and I couldn't swallow and I was choking on
the blood and then he laughed and said I was
an easy target and left me spitting blood
onto his mother's off-white sofa.
