kam sa ham ni da

created by kamamer

(idea) by Dystopian Autocrat (5.6 mon) (print)   ?   (I like it!) Wed Apr 17 2002 at 6:43:50

"Thank you" in Korean. One of the first phrases anyone learns when learning to speak Korean. When spoken, the middle is usually slurred together, so that the "ha" isn't really pronounced. Therefore, it sounds more like "kam-sam-ni-da". An alternate expression, meaning the same thing (but a little more formal), is "kom-op-sum-ni-da".
