Now a term used by film critics to describe any movie that depicts a situation or scene that could possibly be interpreted as having a homosexual undercurrent.
Used to describe Fight Club (men fighting and wrestling stripped to the waist), Driven (machismo posturing and fast cars) and The Fast and the Furious (machismo posturing and fast cars... waitaminute). I've heard the term applied in retrospect to films like Commando and Ben Hur.
It seems that society cannot now look innocently at rippling male physiques struggling against each other, sweat dripping from bulging muscles as they grunt and grapple, exposing their flat stomachs and firm legs through tight t-shirts and even tighter shorts.
