granola heads

A term that some use to refer to the residents of Boulder, CO, which I hear is rated as the third healthiest city in the United States. (Apparently, that's also kind of a joke.) I heard this from a friend who lives in the suburbs of Denver.

I guess since granola is healthy, they're all leedle granola heads. I thought that term was cute.. hm, I'm drinking this Sparkling Tangerine Water with 25 grams of sugar.. doesn't that kind of make it, you know, not water at all? I guess I'm not much of a granola head.
