Fuzz therapy is the process by which a kitten or cat allows you to snuggle it, scritch it, and nuzzle its fuzzy soft fur. It is a very relaxing, soothing activity. If you find a cat that will allow you fuzz therapy often, by all means keep it, as you will feel better every day of your life. I'm not sure why, but fuzz therapy works.
