Excremeditation is (obviously) a combination of the words "excrement" and "meditation," meaning "to meditate while on the crapper." A phrase coined by Rev. Ivan Stang of the Church of the Subgenius. In the warped Book of the Subgenius, Rev. Stang suggests posting an image of J. R. "Bob" Dobbs (known as a Dobbshead) across from one's toilet so that one may concentrate on his image as one makes his or her mookie stinks. Supposedly, one can achieve higher states of consciousness through excremeditation, though a common side effect of this practice is having friends repeatedly ask "Why the hell do you have a picture of a pipe-smokin' dude taped above your teepee roll?" One can use this as an opening to distribute Subgenius propaganda, though another option is just to slack off like a good Subgenius and reply, "That's 'Bob,' man. Hey, pass the bong." Warning: Long periods of uninterrupted excremeditation may result in crossed eyes, a sore ass, and/or nirvana.
