Latin, "from the ass", referring generally to that which somebody has figuratively "pulled out of his or her ass", or to a product of somebody talking out his or her ass.
e.g.:
"He came up with an ex recto theory to the effect that idiocy is spread by a mysterious variety of pollen."
"Ex recto" is a Suckism.
