In music notation, dal segno al coda is abbreviated "D.S. al coda" and is written just above the staff. It is similar to a dal segno al fine repeat, except that instead of ending at the coda sign, the musician skips from the coda sign to the coda section (which also begins with a coda sign).
When used on the staff, it looks something like this (complete with time signature, a quarter note scale, half note and half rest):
