| Here is a complete list of roleplaying games fitting in the Cyberpunk ("put some cyber in your punk") theme.
Cyberpunk 2020 - Written by R. Talesorian. The perfect game for that theme. It has everything: cyborgs, street gangs, heavy weapons, drugs, etc. Johnny Mnemonic + Neuromancer + Blade Runner.
Shadowrun - Edited by FASA. Mixed Cyberpunk 2020 and Dungeon & Dragons. Seriously. Elves, orks, dwarves, ghouls, magic weapons and cybertechnology. Nice rules (a bit like the White Wolf games).
GURPS Cyberpunk - Edited Steve Jackson Games. They had some troubles with the FBI before releasing the book (more info here). Exactly the same thing as Cyberpunk 2020 but with the famous GURPS rules.
SLA Industries - Edited by Nightfall Games (later eaten by Wizards of the Coast - as too many small RPGs houses). A dark sf world controlled by gigantic corporations. (thanks ameoba)
Afterwars - More post-apocalyptic (the world after WWIII) but it has the dark vision of the world.
Bitume - A French game edited by Croc, also post-apocalyptic with gangs roaming the world. Weapons. Zombies. Bikes. More weapons.
Cthulhupunk - Mix Cyberpunk 2020 and Call of Cthulhu. anyway, shooting at Yog-Sothoth with an old rifle or with a super-bazooka-laser-defrag...
Toonpunk - Mix Cyberpunk 2020 and Toon. Absolutely crazy.
Paranoia - By the defunct West End Games. Not really cyberpunk, but it has loads of robots, lasers, grenades, bad cops and evil secret groups. My personal favorite.
I could maybe mention Kult, for the dark (I mean, *really* dark) vision. No cyber (it would be easy to add it) but really bloody.
There's also this Heavy Ordnance RPG about children left alone in a small city invaded by zombies and - what a surprise - located near a military base. Gory and violent. This game can be somewhere on the net.
Well I feel I'm going to change the subject to another theme, so I'll stop here. If you have anything else I forgot, just /msg me.
