Carbonated water usually with a small amount of sodium bicarbonate added. A mixer used to make countless mixed drinks such as the Tom Collins, Gin Rickey and Gin Fizz. Differs from ordinary soda water by the presence of the sodium bicarbonate.
Also good for removing stains from clothing.
