Caspa is Spanish for dandruff, but is also a common term for kitsch or démodé stuff, particularly typical spanish kitsch or démodé stuff.
Run like hell if something is classified as caspa. It might not affect your sanity but it will surely delete all respect you could have for Spaniards.
