The Bop It Extreme is a controller for the sake of itself. It's a rounded Z shaped object with a big purple button to push in the middle, and at the edges a green dented switch to flick, a yellow cone shaped knob to twist, a blue wedge to pull, and finally a red wheel to spin. The whole point is to just use these on an internally generated beat (snare drum, cow bell) cued by random commands ("Twist it!") in an increasing tempo until you drop, fail a cue, or after its 250th drill sergeant's order, win, after having gone through its whole reportoire of ("Hey you win! NOT!") abuse after each failure. No screen, just the moves and the rhythem. In a group you can take turns after the "pass it" command.
