From TV's Max Headroom, blipverts will be TV commercials which are condensed into a few seconds. The idea will be to prevent people with split second attention spans from changing channels during the ad. Unfortunate side-effect: exploding heads! They wil be created by one of Network 23's main sponsors, the ZikZak corporation.
