When I took the AP exam on comparative government, I was fully aware of the fact that the university I was going to did not give credit for the exam. However, it was an excuse to miss half a day's worth of class.
Therefore, I did the multiple choice section as quickly as possible, and for the essays answered entirely in the form of short poetry. I wrote three haiku and a limerick. The scary part? I got a 3, enough for credit by examination at most schools.
I don't remember the haiku, but the limerick, on changing labor conditions in the People's Republic of China, did remain in my head, and I present it here.
There once was a man from Cathay
Who oppressed all his workers for play
One day they all quit
He felt like a twit
The next bunch he'd actually pay
