Zoomorphism is an emerging movement in building design, where buildings are inspired by shapes of animals. Animals as inspiration for architects has been around for a long time, but because of computer-aided design and new materials available today, architects are able to design much more freely. I suppose it is possible to place zoomorphic attributes onto almost any building, but this movement is much more overt than that - animal metaphors are employed directly.
