Overheard in a hospital:
"That ladder on which you stood? You mean, you had it leaning its last 6 inches against that big-ass branch way the fuck up in the air? You mean, the one you just wanted to trim the end off of?"
"Well. You know, yeah, that's right. It comes up. That's what it does. The tree branch, after the weight of the
end that you just cut is released. It RISES. Yeah, that's right. Higher than the ladder. No. No. For a second it was Ok. Even interesting. Just straight up standing there."
