According to my grandmother (and probably her grandmother as well), this combination of "four elements" is the best to prevent you from being sick.
Preparation
is dead-simple, just warm up the milk, put it into a container (preferably something not transparent, mug is perfect; you don't want to see it really, but get it down the hatch really quickly). Add 2-3 spoons of
honey
and
butter
(which melts and adds lovely golden color to it as
fat
goes to the top). In the end, chop & squash 2-3 pieces of
garlic
, add it and let it "get the flavor" for couple of minutes.
Effect guaranteed
. It is either the unique combination of natural substances
plus
fatty consistence that really soothes your sore throat
