On Sesame Street she's a fish out of water. Wanda appeared around season thirty as a brave, adventurous, and annoying fish wearing a fishbowl over her head. She explores the surface world discovering strange new things.
Her voice is done by Fran Brill, who also performs Zoe Monster (who has the same voice) and Prairie Dawn (who sounds completely different). |
