| Varese Sarabande was the brainchild of many people, one of them being Bruce Kimmel, who produced most of their Cast Recordings.
Bruce Kimmel later went on to start his own record label, specifically dedicated to Musical Theatre related recordings called Fynsworth Alley.
The Varese Sarabande label is responsible for some of the rarest recordings and CD re-releases in the Cast Recording genre. Most importantly the music of Stephen Sondheim. |
