| An internet startup that originated in New York City but now have made
my life fulfilled and opened a site in the UK as well, covering
central London.
Their basic premise is that you can order stuff online and they will
deliver it within the hour. They seem to have most things essential to
modern urban living, including bottles of Coke, extra-strong coffee,
CDs, ice cream and palm pilots. I've just received my first order,
a tub of Ben and Jerry's phish food and a couple of CDs. No doubt they
will end up going the way of boo.com but until they do I'm happy to let
them deliver goodies to my workplace!

Well as I predicted less than 2 months ago, UrbanFetch now seems to be in
the process of closing itself down.
