Light, buttery flavored crackers usually dedicated to a particular season or holiday based upon the time of the year. The crackers are made by Keebler and are usually made in specific shapes.

Their light, buttery flavor and crisp texture complement a wide variety of toppings--they're Uncommonly Good(r) for casual get-togethers with family and friends." - Back of the Summer Town House crackers box from the summer of 2001.

A handy recipe that can be conjured up using these crackers (this is a spread) can be found on the box. The recipe is as follows:
Cold Smoked Salmon Spread *preparation time: 12 minutes plus refrigeration.

1 8 oz. pkg, cream cheese, softened
4 oz. Smoked salmon, chopped
3 Tbsp. chives, finely chopped.
1 Tbsp. fresh dill, chopped, or 1/2 tsp. dried dill.
2 Tbsp. capers
1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Combine cream cheese with smoked salmon in medium mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Spoon into small serving bowl or plate. Garnish with fresh dill and lemon peel, if desired. Chill and serve with Summer Town House(r) crackers.

Some great things to try with this crackers!
-Whipped cream cheese topped with marmalade
-A wedge of mozzarella with sliced cherry tomato and a sprinkle of Italian seasoning.
-Pimento cheese spread with sliced black olvies.
