The brainchild of Elaine Closure, one of the most popular segments on Houston radio station Rock 101 KLOL (101.1 FM). It probably just started out as a gag on the Stevens and Pruett show because I seem to recall her once doing normal broadcasts, but one day she decided to add some panting, moaning, whip cracks and other sound effects to her traffic report and call it Totally Naked Phone-Sex Traffic. Sometimes she speaks with various accents. The whole thing is, well, unique. It is now very popular among listeners, and I have to wonder how many of the accidents she reports on were caused by her reports...
