Also known as "El Matador", a gimmick he was given in 1991 to boost his flagging career. He was dressed to the nines in a matador outfit and he would pretend that his opponent was a bull, so that when he came running towards him, he would swish his cape around him like in a bullfight. Another in a series of lame gimmicks by Vince McMahon during that period.
