In the Doctor Who universe, a female Time Lord. The best known of these to watchers of the show is the Doctor's sometime companion Romana (first played by Mary Tamm, then by Lalla Ward in her next regeneration). Another Time Lady is The Rani, one of the Doctor's enemies.
