A disclaimer seen on US advertisements for products of questionable efficacy.

It's pretty amazing what the advertisers can claim, as long as they say "This statement has not been evaluated by the FDA. This product is not intended to treat or cure any disease." Then they go right ahead and tell you that it prevents memory loss, the epizootic, and the Second Coming.
