| Great comic book(up through issue 20) and a great cartoon. After issue 20 the series became a bit too distubingly the writer's attempt at self therapy. The cartoon only covers issues 1-10 of the comic. The main character, The Maxx, is apparently a homeless guy dressed in a purple outfit. He alternates between being in the real world and a dream world where he protects the Jungle Queen, who happens to look like his social worker Julie. Or maybe he's not the main character after all...Maybe he's a bunny! Note:This makes sense if you're seen The Maxx |
