Telsi Pro is a WWW learning environment, developed by Continuing Education Centre of University of Oulu. TELSI comes from "Telematic Environment for Language Simulations", and as implied by the name, it was intended fro simulations of foreign languages.

Telsi Pro (Pro is for "project" is CEC's own extension that can actually be used for online teaching. Later on, it has evolved into a commercial product.

Each user can create and read documents and external web links. Telsi also includes internal mailing lists, messages and Java-based chat.

It was made (familiarly enough) with Perl, Apache mod_perl and mySQL.
