Stellerator

A stellerator is a possible design for a fusion reactor, similar in many ways to the tokamak. It uses magnetic fields to contain a high-temperature plasma, but unlike the tokamak, it does not use a transformer to induce a plasma current, and instead uses more magnetic fields, using a helical shape. Stellerators use less power than tokamaks, but are less efficient as eddy currents tend to form in the plasma.
