Yes, this "thing" does qualify as a person! The highly outspoken Star Dragon Sword eats vampires as between-meal-snacks. This is a vital weapon in defeating Neclord in Suikoden I and II. Only Victor can weild this sword, and the two have somewhat of a "love-hate" relationship.
