| Sane, responsible and productive drug users are the rule, not the exception. Not everyone who drinks alcohol is an alcoholic. Not everyone who smokes marijuana makes it the central part of their life.
This, of course, is counter to all the anti-drug propaganda that we are inundated with today.
Unfortunately, the United States will probably continue to condemn the rest of the world to a hell of illogic and injustice because of this fatal misunderstanding. |
