An awfully obscure Simpsons character who claims to own Hitler's car. Some say Hitler's body is in the trunk; others say a spare tire. He's a busy man, so he hasn't checked yet.

He, in his own words, "represents a group of rich oil tycoons who make foolish purchases".

Typically wears a white suit and cowboy hat. He has a company called Omni-Pave, whose logo is a steam roller running over a smiling cartoon flower. He also owns a white SUV with ivory tusks mounted on front and license plate "NO SHAME", and is most famous for the line, "What in the name of high school football?!" Does a funny little jig from time to time.
