Ralph Brown is an English actor. He was his finest in the film, Withnail and I playing the addled Danny The Drug Dealer, inventor of the world-famous Camberwell Carrot, a kind of giant spliff.
The Carrot is "so called because I invented it in the London Borough of Camberwell, and it is shaped like a carrot."
