In 1951 Leo Fender invented the first solidbody bass guitar. He called it the Precision Bass. But that's another story. This is a diagram for how the pick-ups are wired to the potentiometers and the input on the precision bass. The C1 is a .022mfd capacitor. Both the potentiometers should be 500k for the best tone.
