Pippy the Ziphead

An obvious takeoff of "Zippy the Pinhead" by Bill Griffith, Pippy the Ziphead was a comic strip created by Dogbert in the Dilbert comic strip by Scott Adams. The Pippy the Ziphead strip was never shown, but rather was discussed by Dilbert and Dogbert. It was used by Adams as a means of criticizing other comics.
