| A phrase used to describe the act of chatting simply to get into someone's panties -- either in real life or online, it doesn't matter. An alternative form of this phrase is "Chatting into his/her panties". Examples:
"He/she was only panty chatting me..!"
"Oh yes, i'm chatting my way into his/her panties." I don't condone this. I just see it happening a lot to my female friends who happen to chat online. |
