| A social movement started by Shepard Fairey in the 1990's. The giant refers to Andre the Giant, a late professional wrestler who was massive (7'4" and 520 pounds). This movement is an experiment of phenomenology and involves sticking large posters and stickers all over cities. The artwork features a two color picture of Andre the Giant and the the words OBEY or GIANT or some combination thereof, or no lettering at all.
